

Word Introduction (1 Day)
The Introduction course is a prerequisite for anyone who does not already have a good grounding in Word. By the end of this course delegates will be able to create, save and print word documents. They will be able to move and duplicate text either within a single document or between a number of different documents.
They will be able to produce visually pleasing documents with a variety of formatting techniques. They will be able to add titles and page numbers to each page using headers and footers, as well as being able to produce well-ordered lists. They will be able to produce documents of a consistent standard using styles and templates as well as producing printed envelopes and labels.

Word Intermediate (1 Day)
This course is designed for users who have previously attended a Word introduction course or possess an appropriate level of knowledge. By the end of this course delegates will be able to proof documents. They will be able add paragraphs of text automatically. They will be able to add complex paragraph numbering as well as adding graphics and drawings. They will be able to lay out their documents using tables or newspaper style columns.

Word Advanced (1 Day)
This course is designed for users who have previously attended a Word intermediate course or possess an appropriate level of knowledge. By the end of this course delegates will be able to sort data, whether in list or table format. They will be able to create a mail-shot using Word’s Mail-Merge feature. They will be able to protect a document or track changes that are made to it. They will be able to add charts and graphics to enhance a document. They will be able to speed up processes by recording Macros to automate their work.
